Zuo Nexos Espresso Leatherette Office Chair Review

I purchased this chair (in black) from Amazon after seeing it in a furniture showroom.It was a good price and arrived quickly.After assembling it and trying it out,

Pros:
- looks beautiful
- modern design
- high back
- chrome finish
- heavy build quality
- very comfortable
- adjustable height and recline, with locking back

Cons:
- casters hit the metal frame at the bottom, limiting rotation

The casters did not have enough clearance from the bottom frame and scraped the bottom of the frame.This was both cosmetically and functionally undesirable.This was, however, easily solved by going to Lowe's and getting 5 7/16-inch washers and inserting them around the casters.Now, this is a pretty small con, but when buying a $300 office chair it should be perfect out of the box (or at least include the washers).Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
